APRICOT POUND CAKE

1 box pound cake mix

½ cup salad oil

¾ cup apricots with juices

3 or 4 eggs

Mix cake mix, salad oil, and apricots with juices together well. Beat in each egg. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar

1/4 c. apricot juice

Blend sugar and apricot juice together to spread over cake.
